Return And Refund
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with their original labels and packaging.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned in the original brand protective box and bag and must be inside a protective box when returned.
- When trying on shoes, please be careful not to mark the soles or damage the box.
- If the item has a PITBURGO security label or brand label, you must leave it in its original place.
- Stockings, socks and lingerie must be returned with their hygiene labels intact, in their packages, unopened and in perfect condition, whenever possible.
- Lingerie and swimwear can only be tried on your clothes. We will not accept returns on items that have been used or stained.
- Jewelry must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including the brand packaging and the documents provided with it.
Please be careful when trying on the pieces, as if you wish to return them, they must be in the same condition in which you received them. If the return does not comply with our policy, it will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for returns they make on their own. If they make the return from a country other than the country in which they received the order, customers must assume the return costs and be responsible for it.
Refund:
Once our store has received your return, it may take up to 6 calendar days to process. When your return has been accepted, the refund will be processed in the same original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank and payment method. If you meet the requirements, we can issue your refund as PITBURGO credit, if you prefer. Once issued, the credit will appear in your PITBURGO account to use the next time you shop with us.
